Need I say more? For all those who love everything Ksubi, they're having an amazing warehouse sale this weekend! If you're free, definitely come down and check it. BARRRRRRRRGAINS!

Shoes by Vanishing Elephant x Stussy, Shirt by Ksubi and Deer Head by Thomas Gannan.

So it's still summer break from uni and since I have a lot of free time now and with the limited amount of funds that I currently have in my bank account, I had to become a smart shopper and find/ buy things that were only on sale and final clearance mark downs! My first item that I bought was a beautiful pair of shoes from the Vanishing Elephant x Stussy range! I've had my eyes on these babies for a while now, and when I saw them in INCU for $100 down from $230, I just HAD to get them! Downside, they only had one pair left and it was a size 7, so they're a little snug but I got them anyway. My second bargain find was this awesome shirt from Ksubi! I found them in their DFO store in Essendon for $50 down from $180 (thank god they had my size!). I just love the print on the fabric and also the detailing with the buttons on both the front and the back of the shirt which I thought was pretty quirky! Final bargain find was this beautiful deer head that I found in Thomas Gannan on Brunswick st. I've been wanting one of these for ages for my bedroom and they have always been so expensive. But I managed to find this one for $40 down from $120! 

I was in the Incu store yesterday and they still have a few pairs of these shoes left in a size 11 and 12, so if you have big feet, get on it! They are also now on sale in the Vanishing Elephant store in QV! Also I highly recommend you check out the KSUBI clearance store in Essendon, all of their stuff are so amazing! Anyways, it's 12 and I'm hungry. I'll come back soon!

to market ! to market !

So about three or so months ago, Kim and I realised that we had too much stuff we no longer use or wear lying around the house and in our wardrobes, and so to try and not turn out as hoarders, we decided to book a stall at the Camberwell Sunday Market to try and dispose of all these items and make a bit of money. It definitely started off draining and slow, especially waking up at 4am just to get there and try to set up before all the early market dwellers and bargain hunters pounce. We had everything from vintage bags, shoes and denim to designer labels and random accessories and bits and bops. It was actually such a fun experience to have your own little stall set up and be on the other end of the retail experience! It was hard to see some of my things go but at the end of the day, it was better off used elsewhere than collecting dust in my wardrobe. The weather was also very lovely, we were so scared it was going to rain! Anywho, I only got about 1 hour of sleep last night, so I think it's time for a nap before I pass out!

inspiration | no. three

Here's an update on some of the things inspiring me at this very moment. Mostly silver, cuffs and studs. The other day I was in Myer and fell in love a black studded vest (something I usually wouldn't look twice over) and I'm very tempted to go back to get it. It might be just a phase, but it's what I'm attracting to right now. Also, silver mirror shoes are on my wish list. 

i'm back

HAZZA! I know it has been a while, or maybe more than a while since I have posted here, and I apologise but life has been a little crazy lately and I have found it really hard to feel inspired to post anything worthwhile on the internet for any stranger to read.

To what I can tell from my dashboard, the last time I posted on here was in early July last year (eeeeeep). So, what could have possible happened to me since then to make me too 'busy' to post? Well first off, my whole family packed up all of our material goods and moved homes to a far, far away land! So far that we actually don't even have proper internet connection, so I'm trying my hardest to finish this post before all of my data gets used up on my USB internet. I also got a new job, so I spend most of my time there and when I'm not there I sit at home crying about how shit my job is (just kidding, but really). I also spent five weeks travelling with le familia in Asia! So, that's a quick update to what has happened to me in the last 6 months!

Anywho, we're in 2012 now, and along with my other resolution to 'find a better wicked kickass job of my dreams', I also hope to blog on here more and hopefully something exciting will happen. I also hope I don't sound too boring. Suggestions/ encouragement are always welcomed.

I have to go now before my internet cuts out on me and I lose everything I've written. Hopefully you hear from me soon, (if not then I have obviously given up on my resolution and you should all give up all hope that I will come back).
